SIMBA Training Course 3: Bioinformatics Data Analysis Workshop (February 2021)

SIMBA partners are happy to announce that the third SIMBA training course will take place online over four days from 2nd-5th February 2021. This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning how to analyse shotgun metagenomics data.

 

Course overview

Using real-world examples from the SIMBA project this hands-on metagenomics workshop will focus on analysing shotgun metagenomics sequencing data. Additionally, there will be an introduction to the metagenomics pipeline being developed by SIMBA project partner UNIBI.

Anyone interested in learning how to analyse shotgun metagenomics data should take this course.

Format: The training course will take place over three days with an optional introductory session. It will involve lectures, discussions and hands-on practical sessions.
